Choosing the right vehicle for the group
The vehicle depends on how many people are travelling. For speakers, hosts and senior guests, a Mercedes S-Class or V-Class gives a calm, private journey. For smaller teams, our minibuses seat 12 to 19 people. For larger delegations, the 33-seater and 57-seater executive coaches keep everyone together.
Planning the timings
Good event transport comes down to detail. Send us the event date, the start and finish times, the pick-up and drop-off points and the number of passengers. Where guests arrive at different times, we can plan more than one pick-up, depending on numbers and availability.
